He probably runs low 13's because he isn't tuned. With just installing the kit, he should be at around 320-330whp range and if he isn't tuned then he is probably running only 4-5psi. With the Greddy TT kit, eng. management, and a good tune, he should be running mid 12's

i saw a twin turbo z and a supercharged z show up at track on same day together..one was white (spengineering made it tuned it etc etc) the brown weird color z was supercharged..best i saw out of them was 13.9 (4000 foot sealevel) but that had nothing to do with tuning...all about not having any traction


i'm guessing the guy u raced probably had headers and an exhaust..that's good for like 25whp on a z

My friend have has a tt z w/450whp and the best he managed was 12.5 at 118mph...trap speed is hot..traction was not so...

Yeah traction sucks at the hp range. With that 118mph trap he should be in the high 11's. Some drag radials should do the trick

Also remember that z weighs 400 lbs more...it makes a diff.

A 240whp wrx is = to maybe a 280-300whp z...

yes 400lbs make a difference but not that much. 40-60 whp difference? i dont think soo. lets say a 240 whp wrx = 265 whp. Fair?

Also remember its not only weight, its also gearing.

The only reason I would protest that is this:

Awhile back my stage 4 wrx made 251whp and 233tq.

I beat an m5 from a 1st gear roll...a whold car by 120mph.
I also beat my friends 315crank m3 roadster...

The M5 weights 700lbs more and made 80 more rwhp...But I beat him...My only point of reference.

roadster kill is impressive..i saw one today on the freeway very quick..i was in my bros car and even if i had my car i wouldn't dare 2 play

oh btw...i also raced 350z last night on freeway..buddies z..he dynoed @243 whp w/intake..with dp/up/catback and mbc @ 15psi i took him by more than a car up to 115 ..freeway roll 3rd gear from like 55

The G35 is great. The top end especially is great, feels almost as fast as my stage 4 wrx was.
