modded STi vs. modded 04' SRT-4 on the highway

My engine mods are as follows:
turbo xs catless 3" downpipe w/ stock catback
    blitz sus lm intake
xxtuning ceramic coated header w/ up-pipe
exedy single disc clutch w/ lightened flywheel
    perrin turbo inlet hose
stock turbo ported and polished running stock boost level

I'm not 100% sure what the SRT-4 had, but I'm pretty sure it was something like stage 1, mbc (spiking to 25psi; he's not happy with that), and a Zex 50 shot of n20. He said he's around 300whp most likely, and a bit more on the nitrous.

I think we ran 3 times with me honking (can't remember for some reason). First run from about 60-120 he sprayed right off and immediately pulled about 2 cars and gained about 1 more before we shutdown.
2nd run he said he started to spray from 60ish and would gain a car each time I shifted so he got me by 2-3 cars to about 120 again.
3rd was from about 60-145 or so (deserted highway late night). This was the only run I brake-boosted and he said he didn't spray. He only got me by a car or so that time and I don't think he was pulling when we shut down.

Definetly a quick car, so it was fun. I'll be seeing more of the kid too since he's local and we plan to meet up again.

25 PSI w/ Nitrous? Ouch. That engine's gonna' blow soon.

Are you friends with that SRT-4 dude? Tell him to sign onto SRTforums.com so he can learn how not to spike to 93 PSI.

Either way, I want Nitrous too. Pretty good set-up. Nice runs too, video tape them next time!

25 solid with n20 is okay on a larger turbo and proper fuel system. but a 25 psi spike isn't that bad with stage I. mine is set to spike to 21 and had the fuel to take care of that spike.
