Mustang GT - nothing special

On the way to practice this morning I had some fun with a GT.

We came out of a 25mph 180 degree corner and we both gunned it.

He got me by a car lenght. I was just toying with him though. I had my girlfriend, my coach and a friend in the car + short shifting (5500rpm).

I opened my window and gave him the thumbs up , then Iasked EVERYBODY in the car to open their windows and wave too

WRX (5500rpms shifts + 700lbs) < Mustang GT


I wonder what the guy thought of that....

your mods?? (i know you shortshifted but i'm so curious how wrx lightly modded would do against mustang gt off a roll. Also what year gt was that?)

Yeah, it's all about what year GT...the 96-98's were ssllooww.

If it was a '96-'98 GT, he might stand a chance but anything newer than that and he would get stomped on from a roll. The way he's talking, he must be modded

I have a friend with a stock 03 GT and it's...meh. Not calling BS, just wanna know though.

I have no idea what year it was man.

If I had to guess I would say it would be around 99-01 (not sure). The car looked new. (well taken care of)

I am running slightly higher boost. +2 lbs

Now that you guys are writing all of this I am guessing he was playing with me
