Bah, I'm probably in better physical shape now then when I was in my 20's, due to running, and trying to keep up with small children. Only thing is, once you cross the 30-35 zone, it seems like you just don't recover from injury nearly as fast. Plus the metabolism thing.Originally posted by trainrex
