    146 wow. now thats fast when cruising! If he was stopped going that fast, he'd probably be in jail. They have only one cops perspective on the max speed and he wasn't there to make the stop. Lucky lucky. Here if you get stopped right after doing 20 over speed limit... jail time or a massive ticket and suspend your license.
