Sweet! SRT-4s are amazing little cars--especially at the price you got yours. I would have seriously considered one if it were RWD. When are you going to start modding?

Run one was me against the mustang from a 30mph roll. His horn doesnt work so I was beeping. He decided to go on the 2.5 honk so he got a good car length jump on me. I slowly walked him down and by 100 or so I had passed him and started putting lengths on him.
Run two was me against the same mustang from a 60mph roll. This time we both stayed even until 90 when I started walking. Repeat of last time.
Run three was me against the Integra from a 30mph roll. I jumped out ahead quickly but he hung back a car length until 100 or so. I think he gave up after that.
All in all they were some pretty fun and well matched races. I got it all on tape from my car so I should have the video ready tonight for anyone that can host it.

Probably today. My stage 1 ECU and short throw shifter just came in. Next week I should have my exhaust and intake. I'll get it dynoed then on stock boost and decide what I want to do from there. I'll probably do some suspension work at that point.

I was getting sick of it. I was to the point where I was afraid to drive the car all out because I didnt want the tranny to go. I didnt want to spend anymore money on that car ($3,000) for a better tranny.
Plus I now get $300 a month on the Dodge. All this has been discussed in another thread. Lets not take up space in this one.

Off-topic but your short-throw shifter install will be eeeeasy. I know all about the process of that thanks to rebuilding the shifter on my @#$% PT. Make sure to keep us updated on the SRT4 progress.

Ive always said when i get my notchback ill always keep a bottle for LS1's. I guess that most certainly would apply for these fiesty little beasts. 150 shot completes a 440ftlb dyno little kick in the nuts.
Holley street package, 3 grand and low 12's in the quarter
N/A of course... Im thinkin about buyin a notchback as a self treat for graduating in 4 years.
If you ever think driving a subaru is fun, youve got to drive a 5 speed LX or notchback thats on stock tires..
i know there are probably a few mustang haters here. mustang folk are known for bein a little bit more redneckish. Ive got it in my blood, but i love my subaru even if its as durable and reliable as that 98 ram i drove.
the first car i ever driven and smoked a third gear burnout in was a LX hatch that had 4:10 gears. Comp T/a bald tires. oh god scary. squealers in second from a roll are soooooo much fun!
