funny you should bring that up.... theres a guy around here with that exact car. silver accent with over-sized muffler literally draggingo on the ground, DIY tints that are bubbled and falling off, and an apc sticker on the windshield. i believe he also tried to put a civic RSB on, because the one he has on there now is crooked. (i assume he shops at only pepboys and they only sell civic RSB's)

He was pulling up the road when the brake caught. He tried to give it gas to get going again but his auto slipped into neutral, so all it really did was rev like crazy. When you thought he was looking at you, he was actually looking down trying to figure out what the hell "R," "D," and "N" mean. Feeling highly embarassed at the obnoxious noise coming from his car, he decided to keep revving a second after he figured out the problem, to save face...which failed miserably.

That or he's a flamer and wants your body.
