Well, regardless of what the fire was due to, I'll take the C5 that, even with simple bolt-on'sthat hung even with the IS. Usually, Vettes with exhausts and intake lids don't catch fireOriginally posted by BassMan097
By the way, the fire was due to a catch can overflow, not a blown motor/turbo...And if you notice, there's a black c5 that FLIES past the turboIS (who has already pulled hard on the 330 whp c5) at the end...that thing runs 10.7 on street tires.
Anyway, the IS is what, around $25 - 30k? Plus $30k for that kit. Sorry, but I'll take a Z 06 and do some mods to take the IS in a line and in the curves with cash left.
