    WRX parts vs XT

    It may be in the wrong section. and i am sorry if it is.

    I want to know if the wrx or sti's performance parts and handaling parts like cold air intake and all can be used in the forester XT? if not where would i get parts for my XT?

    the uppipe and turboback exhaust components will fit, the muffler might need a little tweaking with the hangers to keep from melting the bumper.

    The ECU will not work. The plug configuration of the FXT is the same as the STI. Soon enough there will be several options for engine management on the FXT.

    You can use sti springs/dampers. I think you can also use WRX springs but you need the 04 top hats. IIRC the sway bars bolt up with no problem.
