STi vs Eclipse GS-T

lined up with a modded (dont know exact mods, but i heard his BOV) eclipse gst. 2 runs with the same result. we both rolled off the clutch and then floored it. about a car and a half after first, and then about 3 cars by the end of 2nd, then we both shut down. i havent had much "action" laltely, so it was nice to get some adrenaline going

. he wouldnt really look over at me at the lights (i was trying to ask him what he had), but i gave him the thumbs up when i turned off the street. oh well...fun overall.

Yeah... The 2g DSMs were sweet. It sucks that they didn't keep that general package in the 3g and made it heavier less traction and slower.

just raced one tonight. i rolled right next to him and i heard a bov and i was stunned but i think i did pretty good from a 50 mph roll. completely stock and i was pretty even with him. his BOV sounded nice

nice runs, its to hard to tell how modded those cars are. some have a muffler and BOV, while others may have an 18g and running 12's.

where in chicago are you

careful of those GSX's and T-'s, especially the T's will ream you from a roll.... the GS-T's that run the same mph in the quarter as the supra will trap higher and pull harder in the top end

thats must be a pretty crazy gst. i dont know of any GST's producing the same hp and 1/4 numbers as a supra and still pulling on the top end.

supra is a top end monster.

I raced a GST twice at the track yesterday. Beat him both times but he's not heavily modded. Nice guy too. The car looked sweet...2G in red, tasteful wheels and no rice.

Kinda sounds like they're repacking the EVO. Is it going to be Wrong Wheel

or AWD?
