I will be getting the Access port this summer. I am getting it not for power as much as reliability and gas mileage (ironic) I think I am getting about 13-15 mpg's right now at 14psi.

The TTz's are nothing to scoff at. I know coz i own one. When it was stock, it was quick, but nothing really to get overly excited about.
Stock wrx (not sti) vs a stock twin turbo would loose everything but a race from light to light type of run. I know, i've run a couple.
Mod your car and things will look better for you. Keep in mind though, there are not too many stock twin turbos anymore. Mine's not and it would be a hard time trying to beat it, at least from a roll.
It doesn't take much to get over 400 hp out of them with the stock turbos. Anything over that it starts getting really expensive quick.

Yeah, winter kinda sux up here as it's pretty harsh. I used to live is south west texas where it never snowed or really ever rained. I doubt i would own a subaru if i still lived there.
