    nobody won....we were dead even at every point..way 2 close 2 even attempt 2 call...one person in my car.....and another in his car...everyone said same thing.....there was an intersection where road got sorta twisty so we had to slow down but we were already at like 95

    Those 350z's are fast. I've raced a few in my old WRX Wagon and in my new Forester, real close races every time.

    Damn those 350z's shifts are long...I ran my friends tip tronic Z with grounding mod and intake when I had a drop in filter, up pipe and mbc and we were pretty even.

    looked like you started to pull him towards the end. I raced a 04 maxima from 50-110, when i just had dp and mbc. We were dead even until i hit 4th and then i started pulling pretty hard

    thats really cool that you stayed even from a roll! my friend has an mbc wrx, and we're about to install a helix upipe, which im guessing would be about the same as a dp performance wise, so he should be expecting the same results, especially since we're a mile above sea level.

    does anybody know whether the short ram on a stock 350z does anything? i mean is it more effective than it is for a stockish wrx

    yeah it was a good race....i think only reason it looks like i pulled at the end was because he slowed down...but the whole way it was dead even...i would shift look over right there...shift look over right there...idk about the short ram performance for a z...but it sounds nicer with short ram than with cold air..he has injen and switches them around depending on the weather..idk which one helps him or doesn't help him... i have some more race videos..i'll post them once i get peoples permission that i raced
