My friend has an H22 civic hatch with 10k dollars in mods, he still hasn't hit 12's. Honda's aren't the best platform to work from, but neither is a subaru. Subaru does have the honda beat tho due to having a motor built for boost.

BTW I have another friend with a t3/t4 turbo in a b18. He can't get that turbo to spool. He gets like 4 lbs of boost by redline.
    Mods

Armed with a rotated Precision 6265 turbo at 35psi and a built 2.5 liter.

also (and this doesn't apply to everyone) there are those of us tuners out there that are pussies and like to keep our cars legal too. The CARB certified turbo kits are WAAAAAY too much money for minimal boost and the better ones can get your car taken away out here in cali.

Boost out of the box....it's the way to go.
Pushin' a Honda but scoping the Scoobies.
