    SV 650 data:

    SS 1/4 mile 11.85 sec @110.17mph
    0-30 mph 1.34 sec
    0-60 mph 3.20 sec
    0-90 mph 6.79 sec
    0-100 mph 8.76 sec

    another set:

    0-10 mph 0.7 sec
    0-20 mph 0.8 sec
    0-30 mph 1.6 sec
    0-40 mph 2.2 sec
    0-50 mph 2.8 sec
    0-60 mph 3.7 sec
    0-70 mph 5.4 sec
    0-80 mph 5.6 sec
    0-90 mph 7.2 sec
    0-100 mph 8.9 sec
    0-110 mph 11.7 sec
    0-120 mph 16.7 sec
    0-130 mph 29.7 sec

(notice the difference between 0-10 and 0-20)

    Acc 3rd 4th 5th 6th
    37-50mph 1.1 1.4 1.8 2.1
    50-62mph 1.2 1.6 1.9 2.2
    62-75mph 1.2 1.5 2.0 2.5
    75-93mph 2.5 3.1 4.1

One thing people do get wrong: Bikes do not stop quicker than cars. There are many reasons for this but:

SV650: Braking Distance: from 30 mph 27.16 ft.
    from 60 mph 118.36 ft.

    2004 WRX: Braking
    60-0 stopping distance : 115 ft.

Although I messed up on the spelling, you have to remember that this is at night...I have come accross very few bikes that were willing to run at night.

Thanks man. The day he crashed was the last day I watched a formula 1 race. I was a kid and it sucked to watch him die in front of your eyes...not really but pretty close. Good man, good driver....
