Okay, now I'm very obviously no expert, but don't the numbers seem kind of fabricated? "Chrysler claims the MEs power-to-weight ratio beats all sports car competitors, including the McLaren F1. Acceleration from zero to 60 mph can be accomplished in a lightning-swift 2.9 seconds, and the ME takes just 6.2 to reach 100" Now unless it's some crazy AWD, taction control, or they did the test in a full drag setup, I don't see how it can get to sixty in 2.9sec. Sounds like they got the numbers from a power/weight calculation or something. Personally I think it's good looking, and about time American cars got some hi-tech muscle. Hopefully it spells good things to come in the automotive world in general.

I like it. Plus it'll smoke an Enzo.

But I still like the Koenigsegg better.

Oh..so its 0-60 time is right on par with a cheetah. Cool.

Ill take the buggati veyron with its awd before the me 12, unless of course it has awd then its a harder decision..

I'd probably prefer the Buggati or the Audi, but really, I'd be happy with any of them. Hell, I'd be freaking of the wall if I magically had a WRX too, instead of paying for one like a sucker. Lol, isn't it funny when we choose one super car over another, when there's no way we're going to have any of them?

In terms of styling, I really like this car. As joe said, it's very american, but I think that's a good thing! I love the lines. It's not as sexy as something to come out of pininfarina, but it has a strength to it that the italians have really never been able to capture. I like the fact that the american companies are stepping up to the plate and showing they are capable of putting something like this together.

As far as the performance numbers, we'll see. I'm a bit skeptical of those projections.
