    This from TXS website:

    Evo Dyno

    Sti Dyno

WRX STG 4 Dyno w/o TMI

so i guess in straight line its a bit faster, but not in the twisties

I owned a Stage 4 WRX before getting my STi. My stage 4 with race pipe and up graded IC ran a very best of 12.7 @ 108 mph, (most runs were slower) compare that with my STi that ran 13.0 @ 104 mph. This is with me (same driver at the same track with similar conditions ( 65 degrees and sunny)

Just don't race in the twisties or its all over. A stage 4 is just power mods. The car retains the stock WRX supension, brakes, etc

So , yes, in a straight line a stage 4 is faster than an STi.
