First time I went to the drag track out here I saw three civics, all with full interiors and body kits. I guess I wasn't expecting much cause of the tri-wings and dual exhaust and stuff, but two ran low 12s and one ran around a 11.8. And you know, honda motors that normally sound so smooth and efficient sound CRAZY when turbo'd and making a bit of power.

I read this story a while ago. It originated on the vette forum.

Turbo Civic owner was browsing the Vette forum and got caught up on some trash talking. He go in it with a C5 owner, and ended up challenging the C5 to a 1320 race. The C5 wouldn't accept because he didn't think anything of it. Everyone on the board egged the C5 on, so he accepted. They ended up meeting at a spot. One of the member came to film. The end result was the Civic won. No bull$hit. The C5 admitted that he lost. Funny as hell.

Even before he even accepted, the C5 wanted to do best 2-out-of-3 race...that's what happens when someone calls you out...
