Stock WRX runs 9, 12, 13.5, 14.7, and 14.7 in each of the five gears, IIRC.

Only a boost controller can increase boost. Boost is not equal to HP, mass air flow and matching fuel and spark = HP.

The mods you've listed will increase air flow at a given boost level.
