I like the Seffron Yellow, but it really will stand out with that. The titanium gray is nice, along with starlight black.

Personally, I would get this one.

Besides the Storm Titanium there is a similar color called Graphite Grey which is supposed to be darker than Storm. Storm is supposed to be a brown base color and Graphite Grey is supposed to be blue based.

I also have an Elise on order for around this time next year and am struggling with the color. I'm leaning heavily toward the Bordeaux Red Pearl with Biscuit (tan) interior. I like the grey colors but, for safety, I want to be seen. However, my wife won't go for the Chrome Orange (or any other "write me a ticket colors).

P.S. I don't believe the picture of the "ruby red" car is the U.S. Bordeux Red Pearl. The BRP is a darker, blood red or maroon color. The true traditional sports car red is called Ardent Red.

Here is a thread with an attempt to show the US colors:

I've always liked the Bordeaux and the Titanium... Carl, get the Bordeaux with the Biscuit, very sexy!

Hmmm that orange is kind of fun... The Bordeax in the link you posted just doesn't look right, it doesn't seem nearly as dark as others I have seen.

Your car is better than mine, you're a better driver, but the idea of a "total stealth" Lotus cracks me up.

I thought the same thing about that Bordeaux picture. Here's another link with pics of a BRP car:

Car, you are right, that red is not the US Red. I added the Lotus website later, but the colors are a silly flash application.

I hope you and my dad score an Elise soon. It's a very cool little car. If I were my dad I'd grease some palms to get it sooner, but he's not like me, he walks the straight and narrow a lot.

It's gotta be British Racing Green.
I wish they had it for the WRX.

Wow...a lot of people are liking the Storm Titanium and Graphite Grey. If it weren't for the safety issue of being seen in my british go kart I could end up with one of these colors. A must on these colors would be the red interior...very sweet.

The EliseTalk board poll had prospective owners showing little interest in these colors with Saffron Yellow and Ardent Red being the leaders. Here's the link with poll results:
