WRX vs EVO vs SR-T 4?

Ive noticed that both the neon and the Evo are getting awesome WHP and track times with just a couple of mods. I read the new drag mag. and they have an Evo running 11's!! with under $4 grand worth of mods!!On STOCK turbo and no nitrous.Whats up wit that? I almost walked out of a dealer with an Evo and i didnt beacuse the interior is so cheap, Im wondering if i made the right decision buying the REX, dont get me wrong, i love my rex. Same thing with the Neon, but would never ever ever ever buy one b/c is still a neon! And i know theres no way in hell our cars will run 11's on stock turbo and with mods under $4g's. What do you guys think?? Did i make the wrong decision not buying a EVO? Or what can the REX do to make me happy?. And some of us are already getting owned by some stock 04 SRT-4's. I know there is nobody running 11's on a stock turbo or with upgraded turbos unless you dropped like $6-10gs on engine mods

AWD owns all!! Your WRX is a great compromise...its got enough power, it is a smooth daily driver, and its got style...You did well my son. All 3 are cool cars in their own ways.

some tuners called the srt-4 the supra of 4cylinders. power wise that is. the evo has the 4g63 motor which has been around since early 90s in the talon's and eclipse's. very powerful motor. both cars have great motor's. that's all i know haha

Should of gotten the EVO. I dont like the SRT4 cause I hate FWD.

    EVO > WRX > SRT4, IMO.

Why do you care so much about 1/4 times? Thats not everything there is when considering how "good" a car is. And besides, your considering an Evo against a car $4k cheaper...so technically if u add $8k to a wrx and run it as 11's its the same thing. Just my 2 cents.

Miguel_04_WRX, why all the fuss? There is always going to be something faster than you, just face it. You bought the car that you wanted and who cares about everything else.

Another thing, if you were looking at an Evo, why did you not look at a WRX STi? They are in the same neighborhood price wise.

If the EVO had been out when I bought my car, I would have gotten the EVO instead. Lot's more potential for a lot less money. It also looks better IMO. The thing is, if you care alot about an interior, then STi, EVO, WRX, SRT all suck compared to a VW or something. These cars make compromises on the interior so they can offer the level of performance they do for so little money.

However, I love my WRX, and I'm confident you'll love yours too

The Evo has a 16G...put a more powerful turbo on our cars and they would respond much better to bolt ons...as good as the Evo/Srt4? I doubt it...but it would definitely even out the Evo/Srt4 to WRX power gap a little bit.

Not really, unless you work for a tuning shop and can get parts for free or at a steep discount and do everything yourself.

The fastest wrx's I know (doesn't include the esx wrx) can run high 11's and all of them work for a performance shop lol
