I built this car for Road racing primarily. I do drive it around on the street a bit (about 6k in 2 years). And the silver state classic is looking inticing.

I used to street race seriously until 1990, in FL. Too many Gangsters moved in, and I moved on to Road racing. Been hooked ever since.

Im' in denial... I try to avoid looking at any Audi everytime I see one on the road. It's taboo... my little secret deep inside... when I saw there were threads on this forum about the S4, I tried my hardest to not read anything. Because since I was 10, I wanted an Audi. I will eventually get one someday. I love my WRX. It's just a dream that I had when I was a boy. Deep inside, it's still there. It's funny because it's the last car I would bring up in a conversation, and it's my favorite. Like a secret lover.

But then again, my Baby is a WRX, and nothing will change that. I guess I could try to get an Audi for my Wife for our anniversary. I promised I would get her whatever she wants for our 5th year anniversary. Within reason. She wants an SUV....

But I am 35, and in a sector of business that dictates I drive something that looks "less fun". I have a Porsche 993T, but i cant drive that during the week because it will "put off" clients.

The S4 fit the bill since it is a 4 door. It's something i can arrive in that doesnt challenge any of my clients senses. (sleeper).
My only other choice would have been a BMW, but i have never really like the brand.

Sinc you have the AWD already, maybe you should skip the AUDI and move on to the PORSCHE. They are superb cars.
