    ^ seriously...

    about the test driving... I doubt that it is even a sales technique...I think that Subaru knows that people in the market for the STi will know what they are getting into, test drive or not. My Subaru dealership hasn't even let all of the salespeople try it out!!! Which shows the level of respect that Subaru demands for this car as well as the potential buyer. I know that I would request an STi with a big fat "0.0" on the clock if I had the $$$ to buy one.

    At any rate, I have yet to go out and test drive some cars just for sh!ts and giggles [EVO, mini S, Civic Si, among others....]
