I was always a fan of the M coupe's looks. Personally I think it's beautiful. Then again, I've also always been a performance is beauty kind of guy. I don't know, I just like the idea of a supercar hothatch and on the lower end of the bracket, there's the awesome Clio V6(truly a mysterious car for the unknowning).

I guess it's the same as someone asking if that car you drive is a Corrola or "how come it looks like an Echo in the back."

To each's one, I like the WRX as well as the M Coupe...then again, the M coupe was never meant to be something for everyone, but it was meant to be everyone to someone....(ok so I paraphrased it off of Stöckli skis.....now who know's that brand or rides them???)

Lots of mixed reactions about my Coupe in this thread

BMW designed this car for the pure enthusists. M took advantage of this concept and used this platform to build BMW's best handling car to date.

When I first set eyes on this car, I thought it was very awkward looking. It didnt take long for me to see the beauty of it. Well.. the 315hp helped a lot

After a test drive, I fell in love.

The ultimate pleasure of owning this car besides from the performace aspect is.... ITS RARE! A little over 700 roadster/coupes total was sold in the year 01 and 02. Less than half that amount is the coupe. So thats roughly 300. For me to get a LSB coupe was truely a blessing.

Last night in Santa Barbara, my car got more compliments in one parking lot than all together here in the valley. Sucky thing is everyone wanted to sit in it

M Coupes rock! How can you people with your WRX's, which is widely considered one of the ugliest cars in its Neon-like stock form, rag on the M Coupe? That absolutely confounds me.

Anyway, I got the WRX for the same reason I got the M Roadster...because they were truly unique cars and an acquired taste. Most people don't like us, but screw em. They can ***** at my taillights all day long!

Roomate has a M roadster and I love borrowing it.

The funny thing is everyone thinks it has bigger rear fender than the regular Z3...it's actually the wheels in back that make it seem wider..it's NOT!

She wishes she got the coupe too!

She drives like a bat out of hell so don't think all chicks just tool around like 17 year old girls with civics!

Its the girls who drive fast that you gotta watch out for. They are usually a road menace. Tailgating, running redlights, talking on cell phones. I would rather have them drive civics than fast cars.

Btw they also do makeup while curising at 80's

I saw this one soccer mom driving with her knees while on the freeday talking on a cell phone one time, she was in a Ford expedition, blue. I got behind her and started honking! LOL

She swirved a little bit then regained control
