Well, if you saw it out on the street...would you try your luck?

Did you say yes? Cause of the v6 badges? And stockish-look? This is my good buddy's car...Its a 94 GT 5.0...he has major motor work, and a big hit of nitrous, runs 11s!! For a while, he was running stock v6 rims, v6 badges, no spoiler, and stock mufflers! Riding around with him to the weekend racing spots was FUN...lol.

I'd run him in both of my cars .

It doesn't matter about how stock looking it is. Anyone who's in their right mind can decipher the difference between a V6 and a V8 just by it's exhaust note. And since your friend's car has "major work" done besides the bottle, the sound should be very distinguishable.

    I ain't skerrrrrred .

Riddle me this: if its rice to have a V6 'Stang and put V8 badges on it, then what do you call it when you have a V8 and you put V6 badges on your ride???

And I love how he's spraying but has a decal that puts nitrous down. He went to great lengths to cover up everything he had I guess. Do you guys enjoy making people look stupid?

    yes, yes we do

But I have v6 badges on mine too. I dont think its rice...I didnt put actual "v6" badges on, rather, its the running pony emblem which has been the symbol of the mustang since its beginning.

Also, he just put that decal on the other day.

    i know, its all good.

and to answer your question from that other thread, Some 99+ Mustang GT's run high 13's stock. With bolt ons, such as gears, exhaust, intake, they can be low 13s. I even have a friend who has dipped into the high, high 12's with his 2000 GT NA. He has 4.10 gears, offroad Hpipe, flows, pulleys, densecharger intake, and a chip. Thats it! However, as Im sure you know, the 96-98 GT's were much, much harder to get into the 12s.

I'd race him... I own a Camaro, I fear no Ford! But on a side not that is one helluva car, probably be a mean race, but it is STILL a FORD... After I get back from getting my car dynoed this weekend, I'll let you know how many car links I'd beat him by, even if he sprays.
