    Cars in the US are supposed to have bumpers that recieve no damage at 5mph or lower. Guess he tapped something at 6 mph

    Yeah, plus the repairs on this car might be higher than most. He has the bmw z3. He hit the guys trailor hitch that put a nice little dent on his hood
