People take pride in their cars, and usually want to see how they'll do against other "performance" cars. Either ignore the idiots like that guy, or just keep smoking them like I do.
oh i wouldn't mind normally, but these types always seem to cause problems where they aren't wanted. it's the fact that they can't drive, they don't give up and they'll do anything to show you how "good" they are.
back when i did race, i raced some kid from one stoplight to another, and i won...until the other driver decided to run the red light by ducking into the turning lane and blowing past all the stopped cars. at about 80mph. apparently he thought that was ok.

by the way, damn nice car you have there.

The cop doesn't care. Actually he was probably happy, seeing as how I got him a step closer to filling his quota.

    Thanks!

And yea, I know what you're saying about idiots who seem to have no regard for other drivers. You will very, very rarely see me cutting in and out of traffic trying to get a race. Im not going to say i've never done it, cause I have, but its dumb, risky, and not worth it, at all!

This morning on PCH I had a new Beetle trying to race me. He obviously didn't see my post about the "who can write more tickets" contest going on in Malibu right now, because he got nailed by a CHP bike! <insert big $hit eating grin>

If I want to race another driver, I boot up the ol' PS2 and take them on in V-Rally 3! No tickets, no horrific accidents.

Going home from work one night... I had a dude in a Kia w/ some Neon under-body glowing kits or watever tried me.

He kept slowing down and speeding up in the right lane while I was stuck behind 3 or 4 cars in the left lane.

    Dumbass........
