Stock 4eat vs Stang GT (Again)

This time it was a sliver 98 hardtop GT 5-speed.

There were these 2 latinos driving a GT weaving in and out of traffic behind me. We hit a light and as he sat behind me, he keep inching forward and revving his V8 as if his saying "Get the **&! outta my way when it turns green."

As he changed to the left lane to pass me after I slowly took off the line, I dropped the 4eat to 3rd and floored it. I had 1 car length on him the whole time and he was never able to reel me in as we hit 100. I slowed down and he did one of fly bys to preserve his manhood.

Caught up to him at the next light and I wanted to compliment him on the sound of his exhaust. I also asked him if it was modified. The driver just kept staring striaght at the road. Slience. The passanger said it was modified and was smiling at my wife. Go figure.

The first vert GT I beat, it might've been luck, bad driver, etc.... BUT 2? Tell me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't that GT gotten a jump on me when he changed lanes to attempt to blow pass me?

I don't know what the fuss is about the GT if a 4eat stock wagon can beat them, TWICE.

Its like a big boy trying to take candy from a baby. Except the baby opens up a big can of wup !@# on the kid. LOL!

Way to put him in his place. He was probably cursing you under his breath.

It was a '98 Stang, which aren't exactly considered "quick" in the world of Mustang owners.

I can even take one of those in stock form.

Oh, and ellinopedo, I think there are more modded Mustangs than modded WRX's, so you might want to be careful lest you end up eating your words (J/K).
