stang GT convert. vs 4eat rex wagon

I was cruising along with my wife and her rex when a GT blows by on the right lane. Well, that kid slowed down to check out the rex. Well, my wife told me that they were laughing at the car so I shift down to 3 and gunned it. I can hear the GT but for some odd reason, its not next to us anymore. So I shut down around 90 due to the traffic coming up and then the GT does a fly by.

My wife told me that the kid was shaking his head in disbelief when we pulled away. Poor guy, he had 2 tiny blondes to impress too.

My wife:
Did we just beat a Mustang GT?

Me: We sure did hon, we sure did.
If you want to turn that shake into a jaw dropping awe,
we'll have to mod your wagon.. LOL!

My g/f wont even ride with me anymore.

I love my car and love the speed it puts out, every time I drive it, she doesnt want to be in it...says I scare her....its way too funny.


our daughter on the other hand loves it...when we take turns at a high rate of speed, she squeels and yells weeeeeee....

My wife races more than I do and sometimes scares the piss out of me. She constantly says "why didn't you race him?" against things like vette's and WRX's when we're in one of our Tiburons...
