Word of warning. If ever in the Phoenix area, and you meet a little short guy named Kelly,with a mullet, that wants to race you for money, pink slips or anything else with his Citation, Don't be fooled. And he will race on the street, and yes, he does un-zeus the front lip and drives it on the street.

these guys have to be totally hardcore. I mean he practically gives a history lessong in the engineering of each engine as he puts them through the guide he wrote.
