Civic SI vs. 67 Camaro SS (undercover cop)

i know its not wrx but...

i was just @ in n out (burger place in CA) and i was sitting outside eating with my friend as we are just looking at this 67 Camaro SS in aw and this little retarded looking civic si pulls up and starts reving and of course the camaro revs back 2 seconds later the light turns green and the civic takes off and the camaro just takes off and throws a red flashing light on his dash and wam! undercover cop pulls over the kid in the civic and i must say i was amused at this since the cop was had a license plate frame that said "nothing beats a sac sheriff" lol. lesson: at least take a quick glance at a car before you race lol

I was in LA last weekend. In & Out animal style is the BOMB!

I've heard that there are other "styles", but I don't know what they are? Anyone know?

Yes, that is definitely entrapment, he probably could have gotten out of the ticket as soon as the cop pulled him over if he had said those wonderful magical words. In many states, police forces are buying/building riced out imports to cruise and goad people into street racing and then they either nail them, or lead them past a marked unit, however this has not been that successful because it really is entrapment.

it seems like cops have gotten the edge back (even tho it is illegal)

cops pick crazy hiding spots so we can't see them--advantage pig
    cars have radar--advantage average joe
now sooping up cars and egging on--advantage pig (yet illegal)

Not a very smart way of gaining an 'edge', these tickets are very easy to fight and simply waste more tax payers dollars than they are worth.

Everyone should fight their tickets, odds are the cop wont show up at your arraignment and it will almost always be dismissed or at least reduced. Is how I keep a spotless record especially when I am pulled over for seemingly ridiculous things.
