    ehhh i dont know how much i believe that, from what i hear the stock turbo is pretty small, thats like our turbo putting out 30psi stock with any sort of efficiency which is impossible. raise that bs flag nice and high, these cars are so new, i dont believe that anyone has their srt 4 doing that yet, maybe close to 400 horsepower, but not 30 psi of boost on the stocker.

    They might have that power on a dyno, but a FWD with 400 whp is just going to create a lot of tire smoke and torque steer. And with an open diff all that smoke will be coming from the right front wheel.

    No way it puts down 230who stock and only does 14.1 seconds in the quarter. I dont think so. And 30 psi is not gonna last long even if it is true.

    I like that flag I think we need a smiley or an insert with that.

    .

    The car is underated most of the mags dynoed the car at 215-220WHP. So 230 is possible stock. and I watched a stock one trap at 102. Plenty of power for about 19k but it's no Rex and probably wont last as long either.

    Cheers,

    it has a 16 g compressor wheel. the exhaust side is the same as ours. It is in fact "bigger" than ours which uses a 13g compressor wheel with a TDO4 housing.

    I agree its BS i dont think that turbo could even boost that high.

    torque=e.t.
    hp=trap speed

    I call b.s. on the numbers; however, the stock 230whp sounds doable depending on dynamometer and conditions.

    Yep, it's a TD04LR-16GK. Dodge states the turbo has a maximum pressure ratio of 3 at an unknown CFM. It should be able to produce 29.4 psi of boost at sea level. However, it's probably not very efficient at that boost level.

    Just for reference, our little TD04-13G has a maximum pressure ratio of almost 2.8 at 275 CFM and 60% efficiency.
