some are.. some arnt.. all are on slicks.. Not many people buying an SRT-4 .. or a wrx .. or anything else are actually going to race them at a track.. so none of them will run 10's on the street.

I don't agree with you at all If they want an neon and not use it why spend the extra money on a turbo version when you can get an NA one for 5000 less, I think dodge appeal to the tunners with this car and tunner will buy it. and race it.
As far as 10 sec Fwd most are gutted, no pwr steering, no ac no seat but one, and got slick on the front big enough to launch an zo6 down the track Get my picture most want be driving with brown paper bags in the back. (wink)

Im not saying they wont use it. They will try to street race all the time. But they wont go to tracks.
If people who modded cars went to tracks every track would be packed every weekend. Most people race random cars or go out and find a place where people street race and race there.
