I've driven the EVO. I love my WRX but the EVO is faster and handles WAY better than a stock WRX. I don't care for the wing. Wings=Cheese! I do think the wheels, tires, brakes and suspension rock but the ride quality will get old.....can you street legal go-kart?! The engine has very little lag and just pulls like crazy. The gearing is shorter than the WRX especially 3rd thru 5th. As for the EVO's price, my buddy at work just bought one for $1000 over list. I've read that Mitsu plans to make as many as they can sell. So sit back and wait. Pricing will eventually come down.

DAMNIT i was in san antonio for the weekend and was infront of the mistu dealer three times...and i was like "i wonder if i should stop by in case they have one" Guess they did was it the one by the old ferrari dealership on 410 and 281?

well in any case we did go see the Cayenne turbo...got a deposit down and test drive...we receive word this friday on when to pick it up. They actually aren't as bad as I was imagining. The amount of options is amazing though

Actually, it was the one out on I10...they had a yellow VIII up front and a black one further back by the showroom.

    I believe it's a fairly new dealership - North Point Mitsubishi...it's just a short drive inside of 1604 at 15447 I10 WEST.
