That's a good way to put it. But it's a little bit of both, just of different proportions in each case. And from a roll, it is a lot more dependent on the car, but not necessarily which is more powerful. It's more along the lines of which one has the best power delivery at whatever speed and rpm you're at. i think racing from a stop is a drivers race, and racing from a roll is a cars race. Meaning simply that it takes more skill to launch from a stop, so it is a drivers race. From a roll, it is between which car is more powerful.
