No, I am not wrong. Why don't YOU tell me what demographic each as aimed at. I am curious to know who you think Subaru is trying to sell WRX's to.

do you even read posts? I'm talking about prices and you're talking about comparisons on what cars its with... i don't care if they tested an srt4 to a damn e55 they can do all the comparisons they want...still doesn't affect price

I have heard the WRX referred to as the ultimate boy racer car several times. I mean if you watch the commercials for them its not like its a middle aged guy with kids in the car.

Point is, these are the cars that were picked for comparison, not the WRX. You're right, it's close in price. So why wasn't one in the comparison?

Because it's not marketed to the same demographic, that's why.

Are you kidding me? So I guess everyone is wrong and you are right. Wow, I used to think we were at least dealing with a mature adult. Guess not.

Guys! It seems to me the last month has turned into a flame fest with the advent of a lot of cars with competition for the WRX.

This thread is THIS close to being closed, so please - calm it down. I'm not taking anyone's side here, - if you want to DISCUSS the differences between the SRT-4 and the WRX, that's fine. But I feel like this is degenerating into a flame fest.

    Take it easy ok?
