    I went to the Drift Showoff in Irwindale, California, two weeks ago, and let me tell you, drifting is even crazier when you see it in real life. They had four professional drifters from Japan drive (whenever they would close the track from ameteurs), and these guys were nuts. They would often do twin-drifts (like in the video, and I have a few pictures that I'll post when I get the chance), and I remember seeing the guy do "drift doughnuts" I guess with their doors open and hands out of the car. It was insane. They would come within a foot of the railing when they would drift. It was like watching Initial D in real life.
