here in Oregon there has been 5 deaths in the past 6 weeks due to streetracing. They now play ass arrest you for racing no questions asked. They also may arrest spectators or anyone else. The law is pissed.

Philadelphia has a street racing ticket, driver and spectator get a huge $270 fine plus points.

$270 fine? that's it? Out here in good ole SoCal, you have to pay to get out your ass out of jail on top of everything else. Doesn't it work that way everywhere else?
