04 WRX vs. 04 Explorer (No it's not a joke)

Ok so this guy was at the track saying his 04 Explorer XLS is sooo fast (210chp 254ctq) and he smokes imports all the time. I overhear his conversation about how he beat a MS protege with a big turbo and how he beats other cars and such..
I see he's got an AirRaid intake and a Flowmaster exhaust.. so I make sure I line up against him on the next pass.. he looks over at me just idling and kinda does this smirk/laugh and just shakes his head as we line up.
Anyway, please feel free to view the results and comment

All I'll say is he didn't even park afterwards.. he just left
I even bogged the launch a bit and ran a crap time of 13.xx...

Some people don't have a clue what real power is all about. Because they outran one Honda with a wing, that they must be superior to all humanity.
These people spend too much time reading ads that their flowmaster and AirRaid really added the horsepower that it stated. These people need help. A little dose of reality. Looks like you did a fine job of handing some out this last weekend.
    Thanks and congrats.

I am a new member / first time i bought a AWD car the STi , i owned a turbo corolla before , but yesterday as i was cruisin in the STi saw this nice looking Corolla S dropped and everything , this guy had the nerve to start tailgating me so i punched it left him by about maybe 15 or more cars thats how bad it was , he caught up to me as i braked down a little and he still reved his engine on me , i was speechless for i didnt know what could shut him down. Some people just think by having a intake or exhaust makes their car super fast especially when they are still N/A .
2004 STi all stock , feature plans just intake / exhaust and a drop.

My ex 2005 turbocharged corolla Xrs , produced 255whp at just 5 psi , reason for leaving her i wanted AWD, plus i have always liked Subaru.

So read his car domain and I officially want to have babies with that car. How is the 20g for daily driving?

really good... most tuners reccomend the 20g for a dd and for people who do not plan on running race gas

Haha the 20G is awesome, and I actually get better mileage cause I stay out of boost. I'd recommend a TD05 for a DD on the 2.0 though. The TD06 has a bit more lag, but when full boost hits, it hits HARD.

Btw- I think I ran a 13.5 on that run.. it sounded like that's what the guy said near the camera.. but as you can see, that was a horrible launch and it killed my time... I normally run a mid to low 12 on a good day.

Didn't matter much in this case though
