    I bought my 03 WRX a year ago for only 14k, that was with 40k miles.. I was going to buy an sti but couldnt pass up that price save over 200 a month and i could mod the piss out of this thing.. I see 02's with 90k going for 8k privatly. Also I have seen a few on the highmilage section on car max for less than 10k. If you have 10k and serch Ebay, autotrader for about a month you will get a wrx.

    P.S. I wouldnt recommend the 02 unless it has a differnt gear set, If you tight on money you dont want to break a tranny. the 03's have the 1mm wider gears for add strenght and a dump valve of some sort to keep clutch drops from breaking the tranny.. ill find the post about that and edit this later..
