    06wrx vs two mach1's

06 wrx with a fpgreen roadtuned by clark turner
Black Mach1 decides to line up with us from a 40mph roll, does the 3 honks we take off i jumped out a car right off the bat (full boost ) and continue to pull up to about 100-110 where i let off and look back he's a good 4-5 cars back maybe a little more.

Ran another Mach1 this past wedseday night, built block with exhaust and some other mods. 40mph roll 3 honks and were off i get 1 car length right away and continue my pull to 120 where i let off i am good 3+ cars ahead.

    these runs happened in mexico

I can't wait till I can afford to Green my LGT. I ran a mildly-modded Mach 1 in my Stealth and he stayed pretty close from a roll. I was faster, but it wasn't a killer victory or anything.

From a stop, of course, he'd have been toast.

I ran a Mach 1 at the track last night in my stock 06 WRX and he only beat me by 2 hundredths of a second.

At our 1/8th mile track, I beat the same guy in the Mach 1 by a couple of tenths in my Legacy probably 6 months after our encounter in the old car. He didn't recognize me of course but the reaction was priceless. Most of the crowd thought he was up against a Camry or something

They're good for ~ 13.10s at around 105 mph so I'd call them pretty respectable. They're certainly faster than any GT has ever been.

nothing compares to the cobras, i used to LOVE the mach 1s, but thought ford could have done better...who knows about the Bullitt? type r motors?

IMO, if you want more than the GT, shoot for the Cobra
**** off with your candy paint jobs and spoilers that are 8x too big , I say never be complete, I say stop being perfect, I say let... lets evolve, let the chips fall where they may.
