New Mustang commercial (vs sti?)

In all reality, a properly driven GT will run better than a 13.9 and it would take a wrx being stage2 to run with one. The STi on the other hand, is something a stock GT is not likely beat unless speeds are very high. Every race I have seen with a stock GT and STi have the STi coming out ahead.

yes. had a CF spoiler it looked like too, but it was only shown for a second and I couldnt tell if it was an STI like spoiler or another type of spoiler.

more power to them, i'd like to have some mustang gt's running around thinking they can beat me. especially since you can pull off about 375 hp in a sti and still have it look stock, just a little louder.

ya its his I saw the commercial... he said they had it bouncing off the rev limiter cause he has launch control, but they replaced that sound with a puny exhaust sound

i will look tonight to see if i can find it. it is pretty funny, but if they wanted to use a commercial that was true to the actual cars, they should have used something more than a mustang GT next to an STI or modded WRX (or evo if they would have used that instead of the subaru)

i can understand the mind set they are trying to use to get emotion moving in the commercial but think they should have used something either less than a modded vehicle against the GT or used something more powerful than the GT against the car they chose.
