lightly modded srt-4 vs. stage 2 06 TR

fri night at the track i got to run a stage 2 wrx with a cai, and a bov. mods on my 05 srt are stage 1, stage 2 wga, 3 in. cut out. i had a a passenger. wrx got a .554 r/t while i got like a .8 something, anyways wrx ripped me out of the hole, closed the gap to 1 car at the end of 2nd, started passed him at the end of third, pulled about a car and a half at the end. good race, wasn't expecting the wrx to be that fast.

I didnt think you could race at a track with a passenger.

I know we cant at our track, is this something that is done everywhere else but in my neck of the woods?

    and if so, why?

not trying to rip a thread here, just seemed strange

the track i go to lets you have one passenger as long as you run a time above 14.00 and the passenger has pants... I used to have a my bro ride with me, so he could teach me how to launch properly get my 60 ft and 1/8 times up and just let off after that…anyways

lets see the slips or post the times

    I would rather go naked.

I think the tracks I have been to, you have to wear pants no matter what, and that is just for single drivers.

Why? its a WRX not a civic. unless you tune for your intake you just lost power over your stock setup. The only thing you get is more sound in spool. the BOV makes you run pig rich in between shifts, If your stock other than you BOV and intake, then a 100% stock wrx would probably have some pull on you.. sucks to here but unless you going above 300WHP the stock intake is one of the best setup's, now an inlet tub though on the other hand is useful. just not the filter part..

I think it's ironic the original poster hasn't replied w/ a timeslip or anything. Could just be an SRT-4 owner starting trouble?
