stage 1 wrx vs. Vette

I was comming home after a little subaru meet, my friend and I put together(lets just say it sucked). My friend was following me back to my place to drink some beer and surf the amazing interweb(he is sans-computer) and I pull up to a stoplight, now mind you I was taking it slow through town so he could follow me. The stoplight is the kind where two cars pull up and then merge into one lane(pain in the ass, unless your racing). A younger, ignorant looking kid pulls up to me in an late 80's convertable corvette and starts revving his engine. Now Im not in the mood to race since my friend has to follow behind me, so I ignore him. Then it happens, he yells out his window saying the usual, "IMPORTS SUCK", and "NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT" and the like, I look back and my friend shakes his head and gives me the go. I rev up to about 4k and hold it there. Light turns green and I launch, all I hear is tires squeeling and all I see is black smoke rolling, not white from tires, but black from exhaust from the vette. I got such a good pull on him that my friend even had time to pass him before he even got traction. All in all it made a great day for the both of us. I hope that kid learns a lesson about traction.

aw thats the kind of **** you want to avoid you know? **** like that happens and somebody ends up getting hurt. one of my friend's friend cut off an older looking stang, the guy later pulled up next to him and pulled out a 357 fired off two shots and hit him in the arm. sometimes you gotta wonder if its worth it. road rage can be a *****

One time as I was driving home, a pick-up truck just ran a red light coming off the freeway. It was green on my road when he just ran it completely. As were getting to the next light, I got behind him at the red. I saw him looked in his rear view mirror, then suddenly jolted out of his truck, telling me to back off. I was like, "HuH?" :screwy:

He got out and started walking towards my car, until at the half of the bedding of his truck. He stopped and went back to grab something behind his seats. I had 2 things coming in my heard, either a gun or a bat or something to hit my car. So I was backing it up a little getting ready to take off on the next lane. To my surprise, he pulled out a black jacket, put it on and drove off when the light turned green.

I asked my girlfriend what it was all about? I just had no clue whatsoever! :confused:
