    VF-34 WRX vs 06 M3

Here is the short of it..

We lined up at about 30 mph from the start he instantly pulled about 3/4 cars then 3rd gear and it was over. I pulled very hard passed him and continued to pull..

Next was about 60mph with my self behind him, he got the jump and again I pulled him in and passed him shifting in to 4th at about 100 continued to pull him (not sure how fast tho speedo stops at 140 ).

Next will be the M5. We have an 01 M5 with bolt ons and a stage 2 reflash ( OTM )

Mods are funtional ram air with intakes, Full super sport exhaust with H pipe, And ECU reflash to stage 2. But not tuned to his mods just off the shelf.

My but dyno tells me It will be very close. I drive the M5 on a regular basis and it is very decieving on what speed you think your going and what you actually are doing.. He has more HP/Torque but also over 4,000 LBS...

Anyone have any feedback on how a nicely modded VF-34 wrx will stand against the M5?

    Nice Kill

Very nice kill man, I LOVE those cars.

Makes my run last night with a Header/Chip/Exhaust 04 GT Mustang not so glamorous.

Currently I am not tuned to my newly added mods so its really hard to say, but i want to estimate that i am only in the 260's currently. I am going to jump on the next chance to get the PDX tunning day when ever that comes. I am in Tampa and we dont have a tuner here. Mastro used to tune ECUtek but not Cobb. Mods are in my profile, ( bottom of that page that is linked.)

I plan on getting a vid with the M5, But i am going to have the passenger with the cam in the M5, might help me a little bit more

Says you are running Cobb Stage 2.5. Only extra mods you have is the intercooler. You should be in the 260's like you said.
    Nice kills.

I wonder how my Stg4 would handle them.

Need to get a tune but BlackeyeII on NASIOC as well as here has a protuned stage 2 sti 291whp/315tq and i stick right with him. Its pretty much an even race. So im not to terribly far off of that. I also have an M5 thread that I had some pull on. I am really wanting to get tuned soon.
