Where did the term "Teh FaSt4rr" come from?? I realized quickly that it stood for the SRT-4 but theres gotta be a story behind it

I've had the same question. Also, are "Teh" and "Pwned" just deliberate typos for The and Owned, respectively or do they have entirely separate meanings?

That was my initial guess is that some guy, in his fury to get his point across, mispelled "the" and "faster" somewhere on some SRT-4 post, and it just caught on.
OR it's one of those guys who purposely mispells everything just to be different.

So I work at pepboys and an SRT-4 came in for an oil chage..I work in the parts department. As I walk up to the counter to give the service writer the oil, He asks me if I can beat that car. With the owner of the srt infront of me I reply " no man, those are TEH FASTAR".. the SRT guy game me the meanest look and I walked away with a huge smile.

I remember "teh" coming out on NASIOC before SRTforums was even in existence. One day NASIOC, which was called I-Club back in the day, the Forum generator misspelled every "the" on purpose. And I was wondering way back then what it meant. I think it is just auto forum lingo.

i think it all came back to internet filters.... i know on counter-strike people use L337 or "LEET" as a way of cursing.... like ho7y $h!7....i dunno...
