    Unhappy My poor rex

Friday night a storm went through the area. Golf ball sized hail. Now I have 65 dents in my WRX and 60 in my wife's Protege 5. My hood has been trashed (guess its time for carbon fiber). Between drunk drivers and nature, I just can't keep a car new.

I'll proabably get everything fixed but my hood and skip getting my wifes car fixed all together. We'll take the insurance money and buy a carport.

Oddly enough, the one vehicle I wouldn't have minded getting bent up escaped unscathed - my old Wrangler.

That sucks....hope it all works out in the end. I sometimes leave my car outside to make room for my wife's car and the motorcycle but if I get a chance and I know a big storm is coming I cram everything inside, even if the bike is inches from the rear bumper of my wife's car. With a 2nd motorcycle coming I guess she will have to leave her car outside.

I spoke with my wife and we are probably going to foregoe getting her car repaired in order for us to buy a carport. Her car uses thicker metal in the body, so the damage is not quite as noticeable.

I am getting everything repaired except the hood, which I will probably replace with a cf one.

Ok stupid question: How do they fix the roof in situation like this? Do they make a CF roof skin so you could avoid dents in the future? (might look kind of cool)
