I think the Dodge would be easier to consistently drive faster than the WRX. Just stomp the pedal and go.

Real-world times for that car will be a lot closer to 13.0 than 13.5 so don't think it'll be such a pushover. 6.1 liters and 425 hp can overcome a great deal.

I love when people bring up how heavy a car is. It gave me a chuckle when people thought my "heavy" Stealth would be a quick kill too, especially since it had the stock turbos and a stock cat-back. I mean, how fast could it really be at 4075 lbs?

yeah heavy but fast. several guys going 12.80s to low 13s. i don't think a stage 2 wrx has a prayer. u can't mess up an auto. this a strait line of course.

Yep, I think it's settled. The Dodge would seriously pwn a Stage 2 WRX in a straight line.

A better race would be uphill in the snow with multiple hairpin turns.

If the Charger traps @ 105mph its gonna whomp all over the Stage2 rex once you get upstairs.

Race 1st through 3rd gear and it should be a pretty good race.

down low and up high, Charger > WRX. Stage 2 would make it look respectable.

    02-05 roughly 3100lbs

06 3200lbs probably from the larger block and beefier brakes and taller wheels

Yeah we would get owned. We can launch but that's it when it comes to those suckas.
Two cars couldn't be any more different. Why don't we just compare a BMW m5 to a stage 2 wrx while we are at it.
Oh and in the corners those beast (srt8's) are good too!
Only in bad weather (and MPG's) do we own. I still think the wrx is a better car for me though, and driving a gas hog like that in this day and age is stupid.
I'll take a 13.2 1/4 mile, along with 30mpg over that sucka anyday.
My car looks just like this without the skirts and roof wing! Yeah baby!
