Nope. FA20DIT doesn't use MPFI like the FA20 in the BRZ.
2015 CWP WRX STi ... But how did I get roped back into an EJ motor?!

I would get the '15 WRX over the STi or wait until a new engine hits the STi. I cant see them keeping that same old engine for much longer. At least i hope they dont lol.

Those that keep talking about the motor don't seem to understand what makes the STi a better buy over the WRX. It was never the motor nor the power difference.

STI is not about the engine, it's about steering, brakes and chassis. When my father switched from a 03' WRX to '04 STI 10 years ago it was a huge improvement in terms of ride quality. STIs ride a lot better because of the steering rack and firmer dampers. So the conclusion is that it's worth it to buy an STI if you want a better both road and rally car.

Brakes, transmission, DCCD, suspension (on my year anyway, haven't driven any 15's), lights (again, on my year), interior (again on my year), SI drive feature (again on my year), were all significant advantages of the STi over the WRX. Seems that the gap has narrowed slightly, but not positive of that, as ZAX still chose the STi over the WRX despite the EJ vs. FA (sorry had to mention that)

Sports sedan. Everyone can have their own fun with the definitions, but for me, a true sports car has 2 doors, a manual transmission, is fairly light (3000 lbs or less), and preferably RWD. YMMV.

I've owned several cars including a coupe rs in the past. September last year I picked up my 14 Subaru WRX and it's been the best car I've owned so far (besides the fiesta st). I don't need a new car because this one is great, however I decided to order a 2015 STI without even driving one and know the car is gonna be event better than my current rex. To answer your question, I do not know whats it's like to own a STI yet. Lol
