    Need Help Guys!

So here's my dilemma in about two months I will owe exactly what my 2012 WRB WRX is worth. I was thinking about trading it in and getting a 2005 STI seeing how that is my favorite year.

Is it worth it? Major differences, problems?

Would like to find one that is completely stock, that way I can start my own build.

Let me know your opinions guys/gals

    Thanks

If you can find an unmolested one with good service records that show proper maintenance then go for it. If that is what you want that is what you should get! If the car has been taken care of then there should be no problems.

I don't think you should give up your year old car for an eight year old. But that's me

are you going to pay cash for the '05? Financing the used car you will have a higher interest rate than the car you purchased new. I have a 2013 WRX so my opinion might be a bit biased but I love my car compared to the older generations. My buddy from high school had an '05 STI and my WRX is an overall better car stock-for-stock.

If it results in you having a lower car payment, I say go for it.

Yeah i know that, just trying to find some options. Looking to cut down on my payment costs, due to the fact that i'm moving. Just life got in the way no biggie.

Current rate for my 2012 is 4.9, the same bank said they would be willing to do around 5.2 depending on the price of the loan i need for the car.
