'08 Jetta, 03 Wrx(not upgraded), or '02 zx2 sound system?

This is an argument my friends have all the time, so what do you guys think? What audio system sounds better, the 08 Jetta, the '03 Wrx, or the '02 Ford Zx2? Can anyone clear this up? Not that it really matters, just curious.

I'd guess the 08 Jetta. I've owned a MKV Jetta 2.5L and a MKV GLI (2.0T) and they both come with great factory systems. The WRX is okay at best. Cant speak to the ZX2 but the Focus factory stereos have never wow'd me.

I don't know if the 08 VW had the optional Dynaudio setup, but if it did, it would beat all the other systems hands down. Why they transitioned away from Dynaudio to Fender as their premium sound system for the USDM still boggles my mind. I guess it is the typical US consumer mentality of "I aint never heard of no Dynaudio before" or something along those lines...

They didn't transition to Fender till later, IIRC. I agree with your sentiment though.
